NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES was FORMED IN 2016 by Brandee Carle and
Steve Hunter. The partners reside in the Sacramento area, and will focus National Construction’s efforts on projects located within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento.
Prior to National Construction Associates, Steve and Brandee were instrumental in creating and expanding a General Contracting Company from $0 -  $90,000,000 in a 10-year period. This was an extremely successful company that focused on a wide range of projects with an emphasis on the Hospitality and Multi-Family markets. Steve felt it was the right opportunity to sell his interest in the larger General Contracting Company and focus on getting back to his roots and maximizing client satisfaction. At the same time, this would lower overhead to allow for a more competitive structure moving forward, as well as creating an opportunity to maximize profits. This is the drive behind the creation of National Construction Associates.
